Watch out for the weather and lightning

This is Captain Mark Shepard here with your April 11th, 2015 Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Out in the water with Nathan and his two good friends, Mike and Lewis. Nathan has been with me several different times, we had such great adventures. Today, was fabulous! Huge numbers of fish, good quality…just a blast! We also had bad weather… started raining out of nowhere and we had to run to cover ourselves, kind of radical. Overall, it finally cleared up a little bit and went back in the water and added more fish to our numbers. Wonderful day! Watch out for the weather and lightning this time of the year, it can get dangerous on the Big “O” but the adventures are wild.

Captain Mark Shepard, tight lines!
