Short little trip

This is Captain Mark Shepard with your April 14th, 2015 Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Out in the water today with Jeff Howard, long time client…fished with me in many occasions. Today it was a short half day, just 4 hours. Got out there, the weather was beautiful in the high 80s. It was a little bit windy, but it felt very comfortable and cool. It was a pleasant morning, huge numbers and great quality fish in this short little trip. We caught a lot of 4-5 pounders, one after the other one. Okeechobee is such a gem, fish here always give a nice and fun fight. Awesome trip, no rain, great weather, breezy….I can’t complain.

This was Captain Mark Shepard! If you get the chance take a kid fishing, tight lines!
