Captain Brian Brown had the pleasure of fishing with repeat Clients Mark and Mike. While visiting Florida on vacation, bass fishing was a must. One of the best parts about fishing is seeing Mother Nature in her raw form. Our fishing trip was greeted by a beautiful sunrise and some eager Okeechobee bass fishing. Some days, the bass are ready to bite. Mark and Mike put some quality bass in the boat. The biggest fish weighed up to 4.5 pounds. Nothing beats a day of consistent quality fishing.

Mark and Mike will be back for more action shortly, and Captain Brian is looking forward to getting them on the water!

Shortly after this fishing trip, Captain George Mrozinski had the pleasure of fishing with repeat clients Jim and Mike. They also were great friends looking to experience Lake Okeechobee while on vacation. Jim and Mike spent 8 hours on the water out of Clewiston, FL catching all their largemouth bass on artificial lures.

They had a great day on the water with concrete action from the first cast to the last. Jim and Mike started the day with some early morning topwater action. As that began to slow down as the sun rose, a Gambler Fat Ace appeared. These guys had a blast reeling in 40 bass on artificial baits in their 8-hour fishing trip. When you are artificial fishing, you can’t beat this action. Jim and Mike will be back for more and Captain George are looking forward to the next opportunity.

Not long after this beautiful fishing trip, Captain Robert Alfano adventured out of Okeechobee City, FL. He had the pleasure of fishing with Tony, traveling from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Tony loves fishing and opted for an artificial fishing trip on the North End of the lake. Captain Rob got him around quality bass fishing, especially with this trip’s rapidly changing conditions.

You have to stay persistent to have success. Tony is looking forward to his next adventure here in Florida, hopefully with some better Florida weather.

Local Legend and Captain Mark Shepard had the pleasure of fishing with Russ out of Clewiston, FL. Russ was traveling from Long Island to get out of the harsh winter. While doing so, he did not expect Florida to Artificial Fishing Lake Okeechobee 3have its crazy weather. Changing conditions did not stop the bass from biting on this fishing charter. Russ was on vacation looking to get away from building construction gear and metal work.

Captain Mark had a fantastic time talking with Russ about many different things. Russ caught some decent numbers on this fishing trip. The biggest bass of the trip weighed in at 5 pounds. Russ had a great time catching bass on artificial bait. Most of the fish were caught on jigs and soft plastic. The largemouth bass is filled with color and is very clean. You can tell they are getting ready to spawn; now is the time to catch them!

The same day, Captain Brian Brown had the pleasure of fishing with Jim and Kenton out of Belle Glade, FL. They adventured out of Slims Fish Camp in search of quality largemouth bass. A quick 6-hour fishing trip can accomplish your dreams on Lake Okeechobee. One of the best parts about fishing in this beautiful place is that you experience an abundance of wildlife and catch fish. The alligators and array of different birds make Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing a true outdoor adventure!

Jim and Kenton enjoyed catching largemouth bass on wild-caught live shiners. It adds and makes for a fun day of fishing. They ran across the lake and saw several different spots giving them an authentic feel for Lake Okeechobee. Throughout the day, they picked away at 2-3 pound bass. Once they found the money spot, the big bass started coming to the boat. Jim caught a 6-pound largemouth which made their day of fishing.

Shortly after that fishing charter, Captain George Mrozinski had the pleasure of fishing with Jeff and his friend Demarcus. Captain Brian Brown had the pleasure of fishing with James and his son Jeremiah. There is no better feeling for a Captain than showing a family a great time on the water. Captain Brian said, “it was a blast to fish with this Two Boat Okeechobee Fishing 1 father-son duo, which made for an amazing time bass fishing in their quick 6-hour fishing trip.”

James and Jeremiah adventured out of Slims Fish Camp on the Southeast corner of Lake Okeechobee. It is a beautiful location to travel out of. They grabbed several dozen wild-caught shiners, and off they went. It was supposed to be a 4-hour fishing trip, but the bite was so good that they extended it to 6 hours.

James and Jeremiah learned a lot about bass fishing on this fishing charter. They caught several-quality largemouth bass weighing up to 4 pounds. The big bass is on the move into the shallows, especially when you see all these males moving in. This father-son duo will be back for more action on their next vacation to Florida. Captain Brian looks forward to showing them more of what Lake Okeechobee has to offer!

Not long after this fishing trip, Captain Mark Rose and Captain Mike Groshon explored Lake Okeechobee. They were fishing a two-boat fishing charter out of Clewiston, FL. Captain George had the pleasure of fishing with Dave and his sons Lucas and Christian. While traveling from Toronto with their friends, they had to get out on the water. Lake Okeechobee was the perfect match for them while Clewiston Bass Fishing.

Captain Mark Rose had the pleasure of fishing with his repeat client Enzo and his friend Aldo. They also traveled from Canada and wanted to escape Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing again. It was a quick 8-hour fishing trip with all the action. This family and friends did not know what to expect and got everything they could have imagined.

Two Boat Okeechobee Lake Fl On Captain George’s boat, Christian caught most of the bass. Lucas came in strong with the biggest bass on this boat, weighing 6.41 pounds. That wasn’t the biggest bass of the trip but one fantastic catch. On Captain Mark’s boat, Enzo and Aldo caught over 40 largemouth bass with a Trophy Bass added on. Enzo landed a 9-pound giant largemouth on this fishing trip. It was 24 inches long and 18 inches round. You can’t beat the bass fishing on Lake Okeechobee this time of year.

Not long after this fantastic fishing trip, Captain Brian was back on the water. He had the pleasure of fishing with Brooke. She was traveling across the country, checking out different states. The most productive was topwater poppers in silver and watermelon red flake flukes. When fishing in the Everglades, you can’t go wrong with either of these baits.

Shortly after this great fishing trip, Captain Mark returned to the water searching for largemouth. This time, he had the pleasure of fishing with Danny, Raul, and Andy. They were traveling to Florida on vacation and wanted to experience the Everglades. Bass Fishing was a fantastic way to do so!  Sawgrass Recreational Bass Fishing 2

Danny, Raul, and Andy crushed over 60 Florida largemouth bass on artificial baits. Most of the bass were taken on soft plastic flukes and topwater poppers. The biggest bass weighed in at 5 pounds. One of the best parts of this fishing trip was the top water explosions and action.

These guys look forward to returning to the water with Captain Mark shortly!

Not long after this fishing adventure, Captain George Mrozinski explored what Sawgrass Recreational Park had to offer. He had the pleasure of fishing with Mike and Chad. They set up a last-minute fishing trip while Sawgrass Recreational Bass Fishing 4visiting South Florida. Even though they were here on business, bass fishing was a must! They spent a pleasant afternoon on a quick 4-hour fishing trip.

Most of the bass came on topwater baits, including frogs and poppers. Mike and Chad caught significant numbers of bass and had a great time with every catch. Soon, they will be back for more Sawgrass Recreational Bass Fishing action. Captain George is looking forward to fishing with these gentlemen again!

Captain George was back on the water before you knew it after the last trip. He had the pleasure of fishing with Tom and Bob. They were traveling from Pennsylvania, looking to enjoy some Florida sunshine. While doing so, fishing for bass in the Everglades was a great way to get in the outdoors. Sawgrass bass fishing treated these friends with significant numbers of bass on topwater. They did not catch any giant bass but had a great time reeling in the bass. Not long after this fishing adventure, Captain George was back fishing Sawgrass. He had the pleasure of fishing with Bob and his sons Marko and Milosh. They were traveling from Chicago to spend quality time on the water. It was a beautiful afternoon and a great time to catch largemouth bass in the Everglades.

One of the best parts about being a fishing captain is the ability to educate and teach new techniques. Captain George successfully taught several new ways to fish for bass for Bob and his sons. They caught over 40 largemouth bass on soft plastics and topwater baits. Everything is a presentation when it comes to bass fishing. This family got it down quickly and landed great numbers of bass!

Bob and his sons are looking forward to their next fishing adventure in the Everglades. Captain George will be glad to show them another fantastic time!

Finally, Captain George adventures out on his last trip of this update. He had the pleasure of fishing with great friends Jim and Jason. They were traveling from New England, looking to enjoy Florida’s warm weather.
Unfortunately, they came down during one of our cold fronts and had to brave the rain and cooler weather.

Captain Brian Brown had the pleasure of fishing with Travis and his son Nicky. They were traveling from Massachusetts looking to explore what Lake Okeechobee had to offer. Captain Brian focused in the Harney Pond area as it was producing the best fishing trips at the time.

They adventured out on a quick 6-hour fishing trip in the morning. The bite was steady in the morning with wild-caught live shiners. After moving around quite a bit, they found a giant fish. It was a big mudfish or bowfin and not the bass they were hoping for. Travis and Nicky caught over 15 largemouth bass on their fishing trip with most weighing between 2-3 pounds.

For the first time experiencing Lake Okeechobee, this was a great trip. You don’t want to get spoiled on the first trip. One of the best parts for them on top of catching quality bass was that they got to experience the wildlife as well. Travis and Nicky will be back for more action in the near future and Captain Brian is looking forward to it!

The same afternoon, Captain Brian had the pleasure of fishing with Keith and his son EJ. They were traveling to Okeechobee City, FL looking for a bass fishing adventure. It was a quick 4-hour fishing trip with wild-caught live shiners out of Garrad’s Bait and Tackle.

Keith and EJ really enjoyed just being out on Lake Okeechobee. The birds and alligators were active making for an awesome fishing adventure. Keith and EJ caught over 12 largemouth bass in their quick fishing trip. Winds were blowing to start and then they died down, slowing the bite considerably. Some days, it is not the catching that creates memories but the adventure. This wonderful father-son duo will be back for more action in the near future and Captain Brian is looking forward to it!

Just shortly after this fishing trip, Captain Mark Rogers adventured out for a day of Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing. He had the pleasure of fishing with the Kalacky family while they were warming up in Florida. They were traveling from Canada looking to experience what Lake Okeechobee had to offer.

The weather was beautiful and the winds were light on this fishing trip that produced an excellent bite all trip long. They adventured out for a quick 4-hour fishing trip with wild-caught live shiners. The bass were biting from the start of the fishing trip to the end. This amazing family boated over 20 largemouth bass with the best weighing 4-pounds.

As the lake continues to drop, the bass will move toward the outside edges. If you focus on those areas, you will have the best luck. Captain Mark is looking forward to their next adventure in the near future!

It was not long after this fishing trip that Captain George Mrozinski adventured out on Lake Okeechobee. He had the pleasure of fishing with Bryan and Ed. They were traveling from Texas looking to get themselves into some Lake Okeechobee Largemouth Bass. This was a bucket list fishing trip for these longtime friends, so they adventured out for 6 hours.

The method of choice on this fishing trip was wild caught live shiners on the north end of the lake out of Okeechobee City. The action started slow but as the day warmed up, action picked up with it. Bryan and Ed found what they were looking for on this fishing charter. Ed landed a big bass on Lake Okeechobee weighing in at 7.5 pounds. Ed and Bryan had a fantastic time on the water and can’t wait till their next adventure.
