An Yet Another Trip

Captain John Leech had the pleasure of fishing with Mike, a long-time repeat and client. Mike came out to enjoy some Lake Toho Bass Fishing in Kissimmee, FL. Mike is a retired police officer from Tennessee. He was looking to spend some time in the outdoors while on vacation here in Florida.

On this fishing trip, there was a strong morning bite. Mike caught the first big fish rather quickly. It weighed 6.29 pounds. Just shortly after that beautiful fish was caught, he caught the biggest fish of the day weighing 7.5 pounds. The last fish to be caught was another giant weighing 6.89 pounds. These are the days you dream of when fishing on Lake Toho. Mike caught right around 30 bass on his fishing trip.

Captain John is looking forward to getting back out on the water with Mike again in the future!

And It Continues

Just shortly after this awesome fishing trip, Captain Steve Niemoeller adventured out on Lake Toho. Captain Steve had the pleasure of fishing with Henrique and his dad Sergio. They were traveling from Brazil looking to enjoy some Central Florida bass fishing. It was a quick afternoon 4-hour fishing trip jammed packed with some quality action.

The wind moved in on us quickly but that did not stop the bass from biting. It is always nice getting to experience and fish with travelers from across the globe. They bring a different style and feel to the fishing trip. Captain Steve was honored to have them on the boat. Henrique and his dad enjoyed the day on the water catching bass up to 5 pounds.

Next time they are visiting Florida, they will be back to experience it again. Captain Steve is looking forward to their next adventure!

It was not long after this incredible fishing trip that Captain Steve was back out on the water. This fishing trip was originally supposed to be on the Harris Chain of Lakes but wanted to catch some bigger numbers. Lake Toho was producing too good for us to make a move anywhere else especially if you are located in Orlando while visiting.

Why

Captain Steve had the pleasure of fishing with John and Rory. They were traveling from New Jersey looking to cash in on some excellent bass fishing. The weather was great on this fishing trip up until 12 pm. Things changed but the bass did not stop eating.

John and Rory caught some quality largemouth bass all trip long. The preferred method on this fishing trip was live bait. For the first time fishing for largemouth bass, they had a fantastic time out on the water. We got them hooked and they will be back for more of this incredible fishing action.

Captain Steve is looking forward to them coming back in the near future to visit their family in the Villages!

Captain John Leech had the pleasure of fishing with David and his buddy Randy. They were traveling to Central Florida looking to get hooked up on some bass on Lake Toho. Captain John reported that it was a great day on the water with beautiful weather that turned the bass. A cold front was about to move in which also promoted the bass from biting.

David and Randy got on them early bring bass after bass to the boat. It was a quick 6-hour fishing trip and they ran out of bait. Live bait was the preferred method to bringing over 20 bass to the boat. The biggest bass weighed between 4-5 pounds. They are looking forward to their next opportunity to get on the water in Central Florida.

Just shortly after this fishing trip, Captain Steve Niemoeller adventured out on Lake Toho. He had the pleasure of fishing with Pat and his son David. One of the best feelings about being a fishing captain is getting families and young kids on fish. Pat and David are repeat clients of Bass Online and fished with Captain Chris in North Florida on the Rodman Reservoir as well as in the saltwater out of St Augustine, FL.

It was a blast of a day according to Captain Steve. Pat and David caught largemouth bass, gar, and mudfish. David really enjoyed bass fishing on Lake Toho. Getting your kids started young will have them loving bass fishing for a lifetime. They caught bass up to 4 pounds.

Pat and David are looking forward to coming back and catching more Central Florida Bass!

Capt Devin Alive and Well

Captain Devin Dicherson had the pleasure of fishing with Brian and Rebekah. They were traveling from New Jersey looking to get themselves into some bass fishing. Weather can play an effect on fishing here in Florida but the cooler weather enhanced the fishing on this trip. Sometimes you have to be patient and know it is about to begin!

Shortly into their quick 4-hour fishing trip, Brian and Rebecca started bringing bass to the boat. Even though the bite was slower, they had a lot of fun. One of the things they loved the best was reeling in their personal best. Lake Toho showed out on this fishing trip with over 20 bass in the boat. The biggest bass weighed close to 6 pounds. Rebekah was super excited about the alligator gar she caught as well.

Rebekah and Brian will be back for more action and Captain Devin is looking forward to getting them hooked up again!

Capt Steve keeping the Fish Honest

Just shortly after this fishing trip, Captain Steve Niemoeller adventured out on Lake Toho. Colder weather across the United States has drawn people to beautiful sunny Florida. Don’t leave your entire cold-weather gear home as cold fronts have moved in on us periodically. Captain Steve had the pleasure of fishing with Jeff and his father-in-law Norm and son Dale. They were traveling from Maine escaping the cold and looking to set the hook into some bass fishing.

Lake Toho was the perfect destination for them. They wanted to explore the lake with artificial baits and live baits. It was a great day of fishing for them with over 20 bass in the boat. Most of the fish were in the range of 3-4 pounds. The biggest bass was reeled in by Dale weighing 6 pounds even.

There is nothing like bass fishing in Central Florida. Jeff, Norm, and Dale will be back for more action on Lake Toho soon! Captain Steve is looking forward to getting them out on the water.

Capt John Closing out a Great Trip

The next morning, Captain John Leech had the pleasure of fishing with Joshua, He was traveling to Florida to get hooked on some largemouth bass. You never know what the fishing conditions will allow but this time of year has been fantastic. Big bass is biting and Joshua had a blast reeling them in.

The trip started out strong with a double hook-up in the boat. You just don’t beat the action here on Lake Toho. After landing this double, Joshua reeled in a monster bass weighing 6.5 pounds. Josh is looking forward to getting back on the water and reeling in some more great fish.

1st up Capt Steve

Captain Steve Niemoeller had the pleasure of fishing with Drew. Drew just recently moved to Florida and wanted to get a better feel about what it is all about down here. The best way to do so was to get in the outdoors and go bass fishing. Drew worked for Amazon and now is enjoying his time down in Florida. He also fished with Captain Brent in the past and we thank him for coming back with us here at Bass Online.

Drew was an avid fisherman looking to learn more about bass fishing. He threw mainly artificial baits including worms and top waters. Zoom speed worms and steel shad topwater lures put some nice bass in the boat. The bass loved the topwater. It was a strong early morning bite. Drew caught over 12 largemouth bass on his quick trip outweighing in the range of 2-3 pounds.

Next up Capt John

Just shortly after this incredible fishing trip, Captain John Leech adventured out Lake Toho Bass Fishing. Captain John had the pleasure of fishing with longtime repeat and friends. The Dorsey family can’t get enough of the bass fishing here in Kissimmee. Lake Toho is one of their favorite places to bond as well as compete against each other.

The father and son duo brought the heat on this fishing trip. Lake Toho showed them a great time on the water. Their competition is who catches the biggest, who catches the first, and who catches the most. Tommy Jr caught the first fish of the day. It was a nice-sized fish. Tommy Sr comes in strong with the biggest bass weighing 7.5 pounds. It was not long after that that Jr also catches a big bass weighing 6 pounds.
Lake Toho Bass Fishing is producing some excellent fishing this time of year. The Dorsey’s had a great time as always with Captain John. They will be back for more of this incredible action soon!

Our final local expert adventured on Lake Toho changing things up. Captain Devin Dickerson had the pleasure of fishing with Donnie, Tony, Alex, and Mike. What a quick and eventful 4 hours of fishing on Lake Toho. Kissimmee is producing big time with some fast and furious bass on the first cast.

Donnie, Tony, Alex, and Mike were visiting Florida on vacation. While they were here, bass fishing was at the top of the list. These guys boated almost 40 bass with several fish in the 4-5 pound range. The biggest bass weighed right at 6 pounds. Kissimmee largemouth bass can run through your live bait faster than you can feed them. After running out of bait in two hours, they caught several nice bass on artificial baits including the Zoom super fluke.

These gentlemen will be back for more of this incredible action. When they do, Captain John will be the local expert that shows them even more action on Lake Toho.

Peter and Al had a fantastic day on the water. They caught Florida largemouth bass with several different techniques. The best method was wild caught live shiners. They caught over 15 bass with live bait. Right after the bait was done, they landed about 18 more on artificial worms. You can’t beat a bite like that.

Captain John is looking forward to fishing with Peter and Al again in the future! They will be back for more action.

The Big Ones Keep Coming

It was not long after this awesome fishing trip that Captain Devin Dickerson adventured out Lake Toho Bass Fishing. He had the pleasure to get out on the water with Ron and his daughter Hannah. They were traveling from Baltimore, Maryland looking to catch some big bass. Kissimmee did not let them down this fishing trip.

Weekend Artificial Fishing Charter 1Ron and Hannah adventured out for a quick 6-hour fishing trip. They caught 28 largemouth bass weighing up to 7.13 pounds. Several bass in the 4-5 pound range also were caught. Most of the fish were taken on wild-caught live shiners. The biggest bass of the day was caught on a zoom super fluke over submerged grass lines in 5 feet of water. It was Ron’s personal best largemouth bass.

When you have a fishing trip like that, you get hooked on quality bass fishing in Florida. Ron and Hannah will be back to see if they can beat this trip. Captain Brent is looking forward to the opportunity to get them on the water again!
