Captain Steve had a great time fishing with men from Washington State, Chicago, and Austin, Texas. Meeting in Central Florida was the perfect destination to get out and discover what the Florida Outdoors truly had to offer.
Their first day on the water was spent on the Butler Chain of Lakes in Windermere, Florida. It is an absolutely fantastic fishery to experience. You are surrounded by multi-million dollar homes while catching Central Florida bass.
Jim and his crew had a fantastic day on the water catching high numbers of largemouth bass. They ran through 9 dozen shiners catching over 60 bass. You truly can’t beat action like this when it comes to bass fishing.
Jim, Jason, and Greg were on a two-day fishing adventure with Captain Steve. Their next stop was on Kenansville Lake. Kenansville is in East Central Florida. This season it has been an absolute trophy bass fishery.
The action was red hot and they caught an abundance of fish. It is always a blast when you can catch multiple 3-4 pound bass along with a nice 5.5 pounder. They knew that they could catch even bigger largemouth bass on Kenansville.

Weather conditions were perfect on this trip to make everything come together. Captain Steve is looking for another great opportunity to catch largemouth bass with Jim, Jason and Greg again.
