This is Captain Steve, today I guided Chris and his son gain from Southern Indiana on the St Johns River in the Astor area.
I’ve got our guided trip in before the storms came, we had about (8) eight fish, large bass and lost a few more. But Chris ended up with one that weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces, it was the biggest bass he has ever caught. He also ended up catching a ten (10) pound catfish on a shiner…but that was the biggest catfish he had ever caught also.

Sometimes you catch a little more than just bass out here!
Again, this is Captain Steve with your Astor, Florida fishing report from the St johns River[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
