Multiple Florida Fishing Species
Multiple Florida Fishing Species can be caught in fresh water across the state. Naples is a great place to experience the wide variety of fishing on the Golden Gate Canal System.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Ty and his grandfather Tony. They really wanted to get out on the water and catch peacock bass in Naples. Fishing conditions were good but could have been better compared to how they have been in the past. It was a clear day with a nice breeze to keep us cooler.
Ty and Tony went after the peacock bass with artificial baits but did not have any luck. They had a few misses on top water. After switching to live bait they caught around 6 peacock bass with one weighing 4 pounds. That is a healthy peacock bass!
After catching peacock bass, they also went out to target tarpon and snook. They managed to put some decent ones in the boat. It is always exciting to be able to catch multiple species while Florida Fishing Freshwater. We had a great time out on the water and I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future. Naples Bass Fishing
Golden Gate Fishing is a must experience when you are visiting Naples, Florida. You really can get hooked on Florida Fishing when you come Naples Bass Fishing.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Bill Fouty. He wanted to adventure out in the Golden Gate Canal System to hunt for peacock and largemouth bass.
The conditions were tougher this morning. It was a bit chiller than normal and the winds were blowing. Windy conditions definitely helped the fishing overall though.
Bill wanted to fish artificial top waters to start the day. We had a couple of chases but no bites. After that, the live bait came out and we caught 5 bass quite quickly.
Moving around a bit, we were able to find a spot that produced several other quality bass. This one spot helped put over 12 peacock and largemouth bass in the boat.
Bill caught right around 20 bass for the day with the biggest weighing 3.5 pounds. Bill was new to fishing and really just wanted to learn as much as he could about artificial and live bait fishing. After the trip, he took in some techniques to help improve his odds on his own.
Overall, we had a fun and great day out on the water and I am looking forward to the next time he comes to visit. Keep searching for those big ones and don’t miss out on your Golden Gate Fishing experience today!

Productive Bass Fishing Day

I had the pleasure of fishing with Jamie and Lisa on this trip this fall. They were searching for some big fish and to relax while they soaked up the scenery on Lake Okeechobee out of Clewiston, Florida.
Even though the day started out slower, we made it happen. Locating fish is a specialty around here and you have to be able to find those key spots that draw in fish.
We had a very productive day. The bass was biting quite heavy on shiners for the whole trip. Jamie and Lisa caught 35 largemouth bass weighing up to 4 pounds. Many of their fish were also in the 2 to 3-pound range.
Winds were blowing 15 mph out of the northeast. We did not experience any troubles with it since we found a little pocket out of the wind. Great fishing is continuing to happen and will only get better.
Large numbers and bigger fish will be working their way into the shallow waters as they get ready for the spawning season. It was a great day out on the water and I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future.

Two-Day Okeechobee Outdoor Adventure
Florida Fishing Lake Okeechobee is truly something everyone should experience in their life-time. We were out on a Two-Day Okeechobee Outdoor Adventure.
I had the pleasure to fish with Paul and Thomas on both days. They were in search for some quality fishing.
The weather conditions were calm with a slight 10 mph breeze. It was very similar for both days. The wind produces a chop on the water that the bass love.
Our first trip out was a success. We put about 25 bass in the boat. We had to make adjustments to our spots to consistently find fish. Most of the fish were in the weight range of 3 to 4 pounds. The biggest largemouth weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces.
The second day was where all the action happened. Going out with a couple more dozen shiners than the previous trip, we were ready to catch them. The fish loved the same conditions as the previous day.
We caught right around 70 fish for the day with most again being in the 3 to 4 pound range. We did find some quality bass with a pair of 5 pounders.
The bass fishing has been really great. The bass are biting steady. It is going to be a great summer on Lake Okeechobee.

Fishing Reports, Everglades Fishing, Largemouth Bass, South Florida Fishing Reports
Everglades Big Bass Fishing
The once dying Everglades Fishing is now turning back on with the summer months arriving. Everglades Big Bass Fishing has been incredible and a must experience when visiting Florida.
Today, I had the pleasure to fish with a Dan, Shawn and Lindsay. They wanted to see what the Everglades had to offer.
We started out the day throwing soft plastics like Berkley Havoc “grass pig” or a Bass Assassin “fat-job.”
The largemouths are back in numbers. Most of the fish we caught were in the range of 2 to 3 pounds.
Where there are smaller fish, there are bigger fish. One of the last cast, Dan caught a largemouth bass weighing 6 pounds.
We had a blast and I am glad we got to share the experience with them. I am looking forward to our next trip.
