Capt Brad Leifermann has been fishing since the 80s and is one of Minnesota’s finest anglers. Now made the big move to Florida to enjoy the weather and great bass fishing. Capt Brad now lives in Eustis and calls the Harris Chain of Lakes his home waters.

Capt Brad has many industry accolades, like being a three-time All-American qualifier and two-time back-to-back winner of the US Invitational tournament.

Interested in getting away from the theme parks and experiencing the great outdoors Capt Brad is your guy. No experience is needed; Capt Brad is a great teacher and very patient with new anglers.

You’re looking in the right place; Harris Chain is the area’s #1 Trophy bass lake, and Capt Brad is the #1 local fishing guide to spend the day with. You will spend the day in a 2022 Ranger powered by a 250hp Mercury outboard, Minnkota Ultrex, Lowrance Live 16″ and 12″ with all the latest and newest equipment.

All fishing gear and lures are provided, but you are also welcome to fish with artificial lures or wild shiners before the trip.

Capt Brad knows all the wildlife and where it lives on the lake so make sure you bring a camera to take pics of the bald eagles, ospreys, hawks, and various species of ducks, as well as alligators.

“ I suspect one of Brad’s stranger charters, but left me hoping to fish with him again. Our full day we already expected to be shortened by weather and that was confirmed when for the first time in my 80 years, I fell in the lake. Balance goes downhill as we age apparently and due to Ranger’s and Mercury’s dedication to streamlining, not much to grab onto as you go into the water. As a dedicated fisherman I hung onto the rod and reel and always looking for information about L. Apopka. one of Brad’s first questions was: “What’s the bottom like?”. I reported firm and Sandy. The purpose of our trip was partly due to Brad being a native Minnesotan, who my 17 yr old grandson and I were familiar with from his tournament record back home. After spending 8 hours killing $125 worth of Golden Shiners the previous day on Rodman Reservoir (4 bass) we were enormously relieved when he told us first thing that we would NOT be fishing live bait. He provides a great boat and great equipment and is very personable everything you want ifor a great experience on the water. I highly recommend Capt Brad Leiferman”
