Two Dozen nice Peacock Bass in Florida Keys
Hello, This is Captain Robert Miley just leaving AeroJet Canal on a rainy Sunday in November. My customers Tony and Robin Joslyn who are here from Tennessee. We had a good day! It rained a little bit…it was windy…it was tough condition but we ended up with two dozen nice Peacock Bass… the biggest one we had was 3 pounds! They had a good time and they’re celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary with me…that was a great pleasure and they both got some nice fish. They’re down from Tennessee. She’s a Manager for the Dollar Store and he’s a truck driver…what a great way to start out with taking a fishing trip first then heading down to spend the rest of the week down in the Keys. So they had a good start! Water temperature was 81 degrees air temperature was 80…it’s windy and we got frontal conditions coming through…rainy and windy!
Take care and talk to you later… this has been Captain Robert Miley.
