Okeechobee Largemouth Bass fishing report with Captain Brian Brown

Hey everybody this is the Lake Okeechobee Largemouth Bass fishing report with Captain Brian Brown, today I had the Parker brothers out Cameron and Alex we went out of the south end again down at Slims fish camp. We had a four hour trip and we thought it was going to be an easy day, so we only grabbed three dozen shiners, and that we would get out and burn through them quick and then we can go do some artificial fishing, but as every day has it they change every day you just don’t know what these fish are going to do, and it was actually a very slow bite For us. It kind of took up the 4 hours to get rid of all the shiners, but in the end we had a decent day. We probably caught around 18 fish today, watching quite a few other guys out there and not catching much, so I thought we had a pretty good day overall for what everybody else was catching, the guys manage to each catch a pretty hefty fish, Alex caught himself a six and a half pounder and beat his brother Cameron who had a 6 pounder so that was kind of the icing on the cake for a tough day, but we had a good time and we’ve got probably 18 20 fish wasn’t a great day, but not bad for four hours of fishing that weather kind of switched on us we’re on the second Day of a cold front passing through and that water temp dropped down on us a bit, so we’re just waiting for a little bit of rebound water’s going to warm up here, we have a full moon coming in a fact Thursday Friday, so that’ll help the bite a bit I’m sure.
