I had the pleasure of fishing with Helen and John Eppard along with their grandson Matt. They were visiting Largo, Florida near Tampa Bay traveling from Virginia. While they were here, they wanted to experience what Lake Okeechobee had to offer.
Experiencing the Big O was something that really brought them great joy. We had a fantastic day on the water. Our quick 4-hour fishing trip brought some quality largemouth bass to the boat. Everyone caught fish and enjoyed the wildlife Florida has to offer.
In just 4 hours, they caught 17 largemouth bass weighing in the range of 4 to 5 pounds. Luckily, Matt was able to top the trip with a personal best largemouth bass weighing 6 pounds. It is exactly what you are looking for when traveling to Lake Okeechobee.

Two Bass Fishing Trips
Lake Okeechobee is preparing itself for a great season. Florida Bass Fishing is ramping up and we are seeing multiple numbers of largemouth bass make their move to their spawning grounds. Enjoy Two Bass Fishing Trips on Lake Okeechobee next time you are visiting.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Mr. and Mrs. Jefferies. They wanted to come explore Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing out of Okeechobee City on the north end.
We adventured out for two days and had a blast. The action really is starting to pick up. Numbers of males are moving in to get those beds ready for the females in the next couple of months.
The Jefferies caught 78 fish for two days on the water with the biggest weighing up to 4 pounds. Largemouth bass are beginning to start to feed heavily in the morning and slower in the middle of the day. We are also experiencing white bellied fish which is a sign they are
moving off the main lake and open waters to the shallows to spawn.
Awesome time out on the water and I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future. Don’t miss out on your adventure to catch the fish of a lifetime this season!

Cold Front Fishing
Cold Front Fishing can really pose challenges to Bass Fishing here in Florida. Experience can really help bring in some of the best bass you have seen. Lake Okeechobee is one of the best lakes to catch bass year round, even when cold fronts roll through.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Bo Lammon. He loves to come and catch largemouth bass out of different locations across the lake. We fished out of Clewiston on this trip for a quick half day trip.
After cold fronts, especially here in Florida, it can be increasing difficult to catch bass. However, we were able to put multiple bass in the boat.
Bo caught over 10 quality largemouth bass with the two biggest fish weighing 6 and 7 pounds. Quality is still there but the numbers were not great on this trip. The forecast is showing a warming trend that will help out the fishing on Lake Okeechobee.
Lake Okeechobee bounces back quite quickly and Bo is looking forward to another amazing trip out on the Lake. Now is the time to come catch your bass of your dreams. Do not miss out on your adventure to catch yours today!

Okeechobee City Fishing
Okeechobee City Fishing has been producing excellent fishing trips. It is going to be an action-packed season with some amazing numbers and quality of largemouth bass being caught. This is the time of year to catch your personal best bass!
I had the pleasure of fishing with Phil and his son Jack. They were traveling from Chicago to catch Florida largemouth bass that they have been dreaming about.
Florida Bass Fishing is starting to really come alive this month. Fishing conditions were perfect for catching quality bass on this fishing trip.
Phil and Jack caught 26 bass that weighed mainly from 3 to 4 pounds. They had to anchor fish that weighed 8 and 6 pounds. Two monster largemouth bass that we have increasingly started to see and catch.
After many days of fishing the North End of Lake Okeechobee, we are noticing and experiencing the action you want to experience. Big Bass in numbers is moving in and getting ready for an awesome spawn.
The action is only going to continue to get better. You never know what this lake is going to produce and you don’t want to miss out on this action today. I look forward to fishing with Phil and Jack again soon!

Two Big Bass Fishing
Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing is the perfect Two Big Bass Fishing getaways for those that love the outdoors. All areas of the lake have been producing excellent fishing trips this season and we do not want you to miss out.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Bob and Diane Moore. They love to come to explore Lake Okeechobee and experience multiple locations. We fished Okeechobee City and Clewiston over the course of two days.
Lake Okeechobee can provide you with a true Florida outdoor adventure. You can see a variety of wildlife and catch the fish of a lifetime. On our first day out of Clewiston on a quick 4-hour trip, we caught 10 bass with a monster female weighing 8.5 pounds.
The next day on the water in Okeechobee City had more action than the first but not the same quality. Bob and Diane caught 17 bass averaging from 3 to 4 pounds. The action is just starting to turn on.
They are looking forward to their next adventure and visit to Lake Okeechobee. The bite is running late and the bass is feeding all day long. Come on down to Lake Okeechobee and experience a fishing trip of a lifetime!
