Repeat Bass Fishing Trip

One of the many benefits of traveling to Florida is the ability to get in the outdoors. A Repeat Bass Fishing Trip on Lake Okeechobee out of Slims Fish Camp is a great way to experience what Florida has to offer. Largemouth Bass Fishing is starting to really take way.

I had the pleasure of fishing with our repeat George traveling from Arizona. He loves to throw artificial baits and we went out searching for the largemouth bass this way. George wanted to start with top waters.

The artificial bite was tough and we managed to catch one on lipless crank baits. Shiner fishing was a much better technique on this fishing trip. The bite picked up but it was short lived.

One of the benefits of working with Bass Online is that we are a team. I called one of the fellow Captains and asked if I could fish one of his productive spots. Once we moved over there, we began to catch some good numbers and size weighing up to 3.5 pounds.

It was great to see George again and I am looking forward to fishing with him again in the future. I also thank my fellow Captain.

Lake Okeechobee is looking to have an excellent season ahead. It is starting to get cold up north so come on south and book a trip of a lifetime to hunt for a fish of a lifetime.
