Cold Front Bass Fishing Trip
Fall is a great time to come explore what Lake Okeechobee has to offer. A Cold Front Bass Fishing Trip can surprise you on how well the Florida Fishing can be under these conditions.
Today, I had the pleasure of fishing with Chad and Heidi Welder traveling from Portland, Oregon. They wanted to explore what Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing had to offer.
It was our first cold front of the year and it made the fishing trip very interesting. The bite was slow to start but as the day began to heat up so did the fishing.
Chad and Heidi caught over 12 quality largemouth bass with the biggest weighing just under 5 pounds. The sunshine really helped create amazing fishing adventure for them.
Be prepared for what is to come with this cool weather. The big girls are going to begin to move in off the main lake and start their spawning process.

Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing with Capt Brian Brown
This is Captain Brian Brown with my lake Okeechobee fishing report.
Today I’m fishing out of the north end, and I had the privilege of fishing with Darryl and Eddie.
It was a slow bite but steady, and we ended up with about 15 fish just west of King’s bar, and they were eating shiners; that front we had the other day still got them knocked back a bit, but the bite should start to pick up now as it warms up.
That is it for all your Florida freshwater fishing adventures; go to BassOnline, and let’s get you out on the water.
Thank you, Okeechobee Bass Fishing with Capt Brian Brown is signing off for today.

Lake Okeechobee Fishing Big Bass Are Moving In
This is Captain Robert Alfano with my Lake Okeechobee fishing report.
Today I fished out of Clewiston on the south side of the lake, and the big females are starting to move in to spawn.
We caught one a little under 8 pounds, and we caught Several other fish, the cold front knocked them back a bit so we had to look around a little and caught a few here and caught a few there but overall it was a great day to be out on the water.
The bass is starting to move in on that outside line, and fishing’s been very good, the lake is looking great, the water is clear and the season is looking really good.
Anyways that’s it for now for all your freshwater fishing adventures go to BassOnline and we will get you out on the water, this Captain Robert Alfano with the report, Thank you, and have a great day everyone.
