Miami’s Blue Lagoon is heating up this time of year. The Peacock Bass are turning on as the water continues to heat up. Sometimes you have to search for the Peacocks. Bernie and Ken were in for a Miami Fishing Adventure.
All my spots I would normally fish were holding fish but not active ones. We made a crucial change and fished some back canals.
Once we found a spot that was holding a lot of fish, it was on like gangbusters. They put a lot of fish in the boat. The quality and fight was my patrons were looking for.
They boated about 30 peacock bass with the biggest being 3 and half pounds. The weather was perfect and was an added bonus to the day.
Come on down to Miami and fish for these amazing Peacock Bass.

Today, we got to explore a different part of Miami. I had the pleasure to fish with the Arnold family on the C-100 canal in South Miami. We are about to embark on a true South Miami Peacock Bass Fishing Adventure.
The weather conditions were absolutely perfect for fishing today. In these winter months, the night tends to get a little cooler. The water temperature takes a little bit longer to warm up. Once the sun gets out, the fish start biting.
Today, we got to celebrate the 13th birthday, and what better way to do that than to go on a Miami Peacock Bass Fishing Adventure. The fishing trip was his birthday present and he couldn’t have been more excited to catch some peacocks.
Today, he was the King on the boat. He caught most of the fish and the two biggest peacock bass.
It was truly an awesome day with everything coming together perfectly. The winter months are passing quickly and the fish are getting warm again.
This is Capt. Tony, thank you!

We had the pleasure to do some Butterfly Peacock Bass Fishing- South Miami Airport Lakes. We had some perfect weather conditions for fishing for peacock bass today.
The water is warming up and when that happens the butterfly peacock bass really starts to heat up. The bite was excellent. We put well over 25 fishing in the boat.
The largest Butterfly Peacock Bass was right around 5 pounds. We are also fortunate enough to catch a few largemouth bass as well, with the largest right around 4 1/2 pounds.
We really did have an awesome day on the water.

January Everglades Holiday Park Largemouth Bass Fishing
Hey everybody this is Tony Masiello with BassOnline this is my fishing report for the past few days.
Here is your January Everglades Holiday Park Largemouth Bass Fishing report. I had the pleasure of fishing with a couple of my repeat clients today, Tony and Mary Graziano.
We fished Everglades Holiday Park. The fishing was slightly slow to start. We caught a lot of little fish. We’re seeing some really nice fish swimming around, but we just couldn’t get them to bite for some reason but for the most part, we had a pretty good day.
They caught about 25 fish with the biggest one probably about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds. But for the most part, like I said it was a really good day for numbers and lots of the action with fish at an average of a pound to about 2 pounds.
Thank you. Have a nice day.
