Swim Bait Bass Fishing on Lake Toho in Central Florida

Swim Bait Bass Fishing on Lake Toho in Central Florida

Swim Bait Bass Fishing

One of the best ways to catch a Central Florida Largemouth Bass is to catch it on artificial baits. There is nothing as good as putting multiple fish in the boat while Swim Bait Bass Fishing. Kissimmee, Florida is a great place to experience it.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Chris and Lori. They came down to Florida traveling from Washington State during one of our cold fronts. Never be too worried about the change in weather here in Florida because it can sometimes help the fishing.

It was a colder morning but we still started with a bang. Chris and Lori caught right around 30 largemouth bass weighing up to 3 pounds. Artificial Bass Assassin Swim baits were the most effective technique on this fishing trip.

Water temperatures did drop to below normal on this trip and the bass still continue to bite very well. Don’t count out these Florida Bass during a cold snap!

We had a great trip out on the water and I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future!

Big Lake Fishing with Massive Changes in Fishing Conditions

Big Lake Fishing with Massive Changes in Fishing Conditions

Big Lake Fishing

Many might come to Florida during a cold front and be nervous they may not catch any fish. Water temperatures take a time to adjust to a drop in air temperatures. The fish know this and will continue to bite while you are Big Lake Fishing.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Joel and Cameron traveling from Rhode Island. They were not worried about the changes in conditions because they were confident we would put them on fish. Lake Toho Bass Fishing blessed them with a great trip.

Florida experienced some cold fronts that dropped the water temperatures. The fish were lethargic but still ready and willing to bite if you put the right bait in front of them.

Joe and Cameron had some experience in fishing different conditions as they fished two BASS classics. It’s always a pleasure to get to fish with knowledgeable fishermen and talk about bass fishing.

Even though they were experienced, they knew that the best method on this trip was going to be live bait. We used up 5 dozen shiners and caught right around 25 largemouth bass. The best 5 weighed roughly 18 pounds.

Joel and Cameron had a blast catching these Florida largemouths. I am looking forward to the next time they come to visit to catch more.

Central Florida Fishing Trip

A Central Florida Fishing Trip is the best outdoor activity you can partake in when traveling to Florida. There is nothing like catching a significant number of largemouth bass on the many lakes here in Central Florida. Lake Toho in Kissimmee is a legendary lake to go fishing on!

I had the pleasure of fishing with Ralph White and his son RT, or Ralph Jr. Lake Toho Bass Fishing has been producing exceptional fishing, especially this time of year.

We had a great morning and start to the day. Our shiners ran out quickly, and they put numbers of largemouth bass in the boat. The fishing was so good that they got all their action in on a 4-hour trip.

Ralph and RT slammed over 25 largemouth bass in the same spot as the previous day. The bass is keying in on some main structures they can feed and begin their spawning process. RT caught the biggest bass, weighing 4 pounds.

I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future. Experience a Lake Toho sunrise next time you are visiting Kissimmee, Florida.

Once we got to our spot, it was constant action. Fish after fish were reeled in. The bass was feeding vital, preparing for the change in temperatures. It was so action-packed that we ran out of our five dozen shiners and needed to get more.

Winter Months Fishing Trip in Kissimmee Florida Catching Largemouth Bass

Winter Months Fishing Trip in Kissimmee Florida Catching Largemouth Bass

Winter Months Fishing Trip

Winter Months Fishing Trip in Kissimmee can be very interesting. Many people travel to Florida for the beautiful weather, but sometimes we experience colder weather. Don’t worry, though, because that doesn’t stop the bass from biting.

I had the pleasure of fishing with JW Brown traveling from Texas. He wanted to experience what Florida Bass Fishing on Lake Toho was all about.

On this trip, we had cold front conditions move in. A water temperature drop of 10 degrees pushed the fish back into vegetation and was hard to find. Florida Largemouth
Bass don’t generally like this drop but that doesn’t mean they will not bite.

As the morning went on and it warmed up, the bite got better. We started our fishing at 8 to give it a chance to do so. Our first spots did not produce much action. Once we allowed the shiners to get up in the reeds, the bite turned on.

Wild-caught shiners were the most effective technique in these conditions. JW caught 15 largemouth bass with the biggest weighing up to 3 pounds. Moving to different spots to locate the fish made the trip exciting.

I am looking forward to fishing with JW next time he is visiting the state again. Don’t miss out on your fishing adventure!
