Big Lake Fishing
Many might come to Florida during a cold front and be nervous they may not catch any fish. Water temperatures take a time to adjust to a drop in air temperatures. The fish know this and will continue to bite while you are Big Lake Fishing.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Joel and Cameron traveling from Rhode Island. They were not worried about the changes in conditions because they were confident we would put them on fish. Lake Toho Bass Fishing blessed them with a great trip.
Florida experienced some cold fronts that dropped the water temperatures. The fish were lethargic but still ready and willing to bite if you put the right bait in front of them.
Joe and Cameron had some experience in fishing different conditions as they fished two BASS classics. It’s always a pleasure to get to fish with knowledgeable fishermen and talk about bass fishing.
Even though they were experienced, they knew that the best method on this trip was going to be live bait. We used up 5 dozen shiners and caught right around 25 largemouth bass. The best 5 weighed roughly 18 pounds.
Joel and Cameron had a blast catching these Florida largemouths. I am looking forward to the next time they come to visit to catch more.
