Maybe the Harris Chain again

Hello again, this is Capt Steve reporting from the Harris Chain of lakes,

Today I took Larry, Phil, and Jean out fishing on the Harris Chain of Lakes which are repeat customers that come down from Wisconsin. Last year it was just Larry and Jane that went out with me, Phil wasn’t able to make it last year.

It was a very good morning, it was really calm and clear. Nothing like last year when I took Larry and Jean the wind blew like crazy.  The first 40 minutes after we stopped was really productive. We had quickly about a half-dozen fish in the boat, the biggest being a (7lb-11oz) seven pound and eleven ounces. Phil caught the big fish, so now he’s hooked as well…lol.

We had a lot of action today, it was fun and great to see everyone again. They already are starting to plan the trip for next year, we’re not sure where we’re gonna go. Maybe the Harris Chain again, but maybe the St Johns River or even a little saltwater inshore trip.

All About You

Either way, I was glad they came back down, it’s always a good time. Tight lines, Captain Steve.
