Double Trip Fishing Adventures

Double Trip Fishing Adventures

Butler Chain of Lakes is on fire this summer. Double trip fishing adventures have kept the months fun and exciting for all anglers that step aboard. On my first trip, I had the pleasure to fish with Mike traveling from North Carolina. While this was his first guided fishing trip, he was a seasoned angler from a kayak.

By the same token, he had one of his best trips out. He caught over 20 largemouth bass on both artificial top waters and senkos. He also caught them on some wild caught live shiners. I look forward to fishing and teaching him more about techniques on the chain of Lakes in the future.

On my second trip, I had the pleasure of fishing with Chris traveling from Nashville. While having a great day out on the water, we still got slightly interfered with Mother Nature. In between rain storms, we threw Bass Assassin swim baits and trolled shiners behind the boat. We caught over 15 bass with nothing of notable size on our quick trip out.

Even though we did not have the numbers and size, we still managed to have a great trip out. We look forward to fishing with these two gentlemen again very soon on a double trip fishing adventure.
