First Time Bass Fishing Charters

First Time Bass Fishing Charters

Florida Fishing is the best outdoor activity you can ask for when visiting the state of Florida. First-Time Bass Fishing Charters have created memories that will last a lifetime.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Penny who was traveling from Atlanta to visit her friends in Ocala. She wanted to experience what the fishing here in Florida had to offer and has never caught a largemouth bass in her amazing 81 years of life.

We fished on the Rodman Reservoir in beautiful conditions. She caught her first-ever bass on a white ice trick worm. Senkos in that color also produced bass.

One of the most exciting catches of the day was a 40-pound gar that took Penny for a ride. She was fighting that fish for a while as it took her under and around the boat.

I had a great time out on the water with Penny and I hope to fish with her again for more largemouth bass fishing on the Rodman or St. Johns River.
