Okeechobee Bass Fishing with Capt Wayne
Good afternoon this is Capt Wayne with your South Florida fishing report, and I’m just getting off the water at Lake Okeechobee.
Today I fished with a great couple of guys Mark and Fred from West Virginia. We were able to catch Marks personal best with a nice Lake Okeechobee largemouth bass weighing in at 8 pounds and 7 ounces.
We were also able to catch a few nice fish weighing between 4 and 5 pounds, the weather was amazing, with mostly sunny skies with a high near 80 degrees.
Give us a call and come on out for your next fishing adventure, that’s it for all your Florida Freshwater fishing go to BassOnline, Good luck and tight lines.
I was born and raised in South Florida. Started fishing at the age of 4 years old and caught my first fish at 5 (a 10 lb grouper). Like most people, I’ve had some real ups and downs in my life but my love for fishing and being on the water has always played a major role in my life.
Whether it’s trolling miles offshore or bottom fishing on the reef I enjoy sharing my knowledge, my passion, and the experience of fishing with others. We will do everything in our power to make this the best adventure your and your party will ever experience.
