First Timer Catches Her PB on Lake Okeechobee-Largemouth Bass Fishing
This is Capt Mike Groshon with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report.
What an amazing day, A First Timer Catches Her PB on Lake Okeechobee-Largemouth Bass Fishing. I had the pleasure to fish with Paul and Maryanne from Connecticut today. The Lake conditions were beautiful and the weather could not get better post-storm. It was nice to be able to feel the sun. The birds and wildlife were out and truly added to the day.
The Lake was on fire and the fish were biting. This was Maryanne’s first time ever fishing. She has never experienced the fight, size, or anything about largemouth bass. I put her on her personal best, weighing 4 1/2 pounds. She was amazed and filled with joy.
Paul had been on the Lake like 20 years ago and this was the first time back since. He caught several quality fish.
I am looking forward to seeing these guys again. It was an awesome trip and they were great people to fish with.
