Fall North End Fishing Trip
Fall is a great time to adventure out on Lake Okeechobee. A Fall North End Fishing Trip can provide you with exceptional memories that could last a lifetime.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Mark and Dave traveling from the Fruitland Park area right here in Florida. They wanted to explore Lake Okeechobee on a quick 6-hour fishing trip.
We fished both live bait and artificial. Early mornings have produced an excellent bite right out of Garrad’s Bait and Tackle.
Swim jigs and spinnerbaits were really catching them. We had to use moving baits with the windy conditions that moved in on us throughout
the day.
Ducking away from the wind we were also able to soak some wild-caught shiners. Mark and Dave caught over 35 largemouth bass up to 4 pounds.
It was a great time on the water with these gentlemen on a true Okeechobee fishing adventure. We are looking forward to fishing with them again as they want to explore bass fishing in the Leesburg area.
