Super Early Bass Fishing
Lake Okeechobee is a great place to fish for largemouth bass all year long. It is Super Early Bass Fishing time of year when the sun gets hot and the bass bite early.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Cheryl and Hugh traveling from Indiana to this amazing lake. Lake Okeechobee did not disappoint and their love for bass fishing has continued to grow.
They are used to catching decent largemouth bass and bluegills where they are from and were determined to catch the numbers and quality they were hoping for. A monster never made it to the boat but they did land several-quality largemouth bass.
Awesome people like this couple deserve the best fishing trips and we had a great time catching right around 20 largemouth bass. It was extremely hot later in the day but the bite was steady at the start. Super early morning starts are the best to catch some nice bass.
Cheryl and Hugh caught a largemouth weighing up to 4 pounds 8 ounces. They are looking forward to coming back soon for more of this great action on Lake Okeechobee.
Every time you come here it is a different adventure and that is what makes this wonderful place so great. You always leave with big smiles and great memories.
