St Johns River fishing Largemouth bass Charters with Capt Steve

This is your St Johns River fishing Largemouth bass Charters with Capt Steve today I guided Lacy and Conner from California. had a brisk cool morning here It was in the 40s I guess it didn’t get over about 59 up til about 11:30, and then it started rising a little bit when the sun got up a little higher, but it was pretty cool this morning, and i was a little afraid to do some artificial fishing but we brought some shiners along just in case, and we actually did pretty good lacy She was catching bass on the shiners and we got into a spot that got us out of the wind and We were throwing some shiners there, and lacy she had one that was 5 pounds which is her personal best and we caught about a dozen or so between the artificial ones that we caught on little bitty stick bait worms that I have made up special for the river here for fishing the Clear water and well I use them when the water is real cold like this and caught some bass on them and we caught some on wild shiners which is always the best specially when its this cold, the stick bait You have to really really work It slow. I mean it has to be dead slow to get them going up to bite it, but he was lucky enough to get some to bite it which was pretty cool.
