Half Day Fishing with Erin and Lindsay from Ohio

Hey, it’s Captain Mark Shepard with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report today,

We had a half day fishing with Erin and Lindsay from Ohio,  very young couple and a lot of fun to spend a day with. They learned how to throw a bait-casters and did a little frog fishing early morning. We had a beautiful morning, the weather was gorgeous. Nice and overcast for the first few hours and then we got into some swim-baits and some swim-jigs and ended up with some pretty good numbers are a couple of good fish. We had (2) two about (4) four pounds each and had some other good opportunities, but that’s part of the learning experience. But really good day over all lot of fun and hang out those young folks!
