Best Fishing Trip
Kenansville Lake has been a highly productive fishery for catching big numbers and big fish. It is a dream fishery, especially this time of year. You never know where you will experience your Best Fishing Trip in many years when visiting Central Florida.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Mike. He wanted to fish the St Johns River on his first day, but it was highly unproductive, and he was still feeling damage from the Hurricane and weather conditions this season.
Traveling to Kenansville was the best thing I could have suggested. Mike got to experience the best fishing trip he had ever been on. If you want to catch some great Florida bass, this is the lake to do it.
We had a lot of fun on this fishing trip. Mike caught 30 largemouth bass, with the best weighing 7 pounds. Most of the fish ranged from 3 to 5 pounds. It was just a fantastic day on the water.
Mike was taking a break from transporting horses around the country. His home base is in Ocala, and he loves fishing in his downtime. I am looking forward to fishing with him again in the future.
