South Florida Slam Fest

South Florida Slam Fest

Storms can do two things to Florida Fishing, shut it down or turn it on. Well on this South Florida Slam Fest, things got interesting.

Today, I had the pleasure of fishing with Ben, Mike, and Cooter traveling from Arkansas. They were excited to get into some of the best South Florida Fishing action on the Lake Ida Chain of Lakes.

Here in South Florida, the weather conditions can change quite often. We were able to make it happen and they had a fantastic time out there on the water.

Ben, Mike, and Cooter put over 30 fish in the boat. They had a slam fest catching peacock bass, largemouth bass, and clown knife fish. You do not see those kinds of days on the water all the time.

A trip like this has them fueled up for more Florida Fishing action. Lake Okeechobee is on their list next. I look forward to creating more memories, one fish at a time with them!
