Venezuela South America to Miami Florida

Hey, hello this is Captain Roger calling another great peacock bass fishing report.
This past Saturday I had these guy Rolando and Renato from Venezuela South America. They were thinking of fishing Lake Okeechobee, but based on a large tournament that was going out of the same location we decided to go Peacock bass fishing and the customers agreed with me. I took them to the peacock pits, we only did a (6) hour trip.

In the morning we caught a couple of good fish, but only two which were on topwater. But in the afternoon with only an hour before we had to go, we caught (20) twenty peacock bass back to back. They all came on artificial lures, a combination of jerkbaits, topwater and swimbaits. The fish were holding right on the bank, it took a real accurate cast and these guys did a great job.

I had a real blast with Rolando and Renato, we had a great day together. The peacock bass fishing is on fire, the private pits are untouched and ready you.
