There is a $100 deposit for each day required to confirm you reservation date or dates. The deposit is not charged unless the customer does not show. It’s considered as a “No Show” fee for your Captain, his down time, missing of a days work and fuel driving to the meeting location.

Our standard policy for cancellation without a fee is 48 hours from the time of your reserved date. If you are communicating with your guide and/or the main office and become sick, have a family emergency there will be no deposit charged for cancellation. If inclement weather conditions causes the trip to be postpone or canceled then there is no deposit charge. All cancellations need to be made with your guide or main office 48 hours prior to your schedule trip. Voice mails and emails are NOT excepted for cancellations. When dealing with inclement weather cancellations, this can only be decided and agreed apon with your guide.
