Catching Up With An Old Friend From Finland While Bass Fishing
This is Capt Steve with fishing report for the St Johns River.
Today I guided for Greg and his friend from Finland Anton and they came over to do a little bass fishing, they haven’t seen each other for many years so it gave them some time to catch up and hang out.
We talked about what life is like over in Finland, and how they fish over there and it was just a fun day, it was a little bit cloudy in the morning, but as soon as the clouds lifted and the sun came out the bass started biting.
Once the fish started biting we actually got into a few schools of bass, that was a lot of fun, and we ran some of the shiners back up underneath the mats which Greg and Anton have never done before and caught some bass doing that too.
