Artificial Bass Fishing Trip

I had the pleasure of fishing with Mark and Lee who wanted to experience what Lake Toho Bass Fishing had to offer them. They love to bass fish and really was searching for some of their personal best largemouth bass.

It surely was an action filled trip with a strong morning bite that stayed consistent. Mark and Lee caught 44 largemouth bass weighing from 2.5 to 5.7 pounds. Many fish came on the Bass Assassin alewife “vapor shad” along with wild shiners. The artificial bite is on and the bass are starting to school up.

We are looking forward to the cooler weather. It is the time of year that the bass begin to get ready for their spawn and when you can catch some of your best bass. There is a healthy mix of quality and quantity on Lake Toho right now.
