Great guide DJ is everything you need for a great outing on Okeechobee. He grew up on the lake giving you “home field advantage “. He’s also fished around the world so he seen a lot. If the fishing is slow he’s got good fishing stories too! All around great guy!

My enjoy all the time An amazing day today; the captain DJ was great. Showed us exactly what to do and even cut the fish up so we could cook it when we got home. There were 4 of us today, and between us we caught 15+ fish in 4 hours. and everyone came off the boat with the biggest smile on their face worth every single penny of it. Amazing outing We had a fabulous largemouth bass fishing trip. The captain, Justin, was a lovely, friendly person who gave us all a warm welcome and lots of much-needed help. I would highly recommend this as a fun couple trip, and we managed to catch our own dinner too!

Our Sea Fishing Trip! My 15-year-old son and I had a great day out sea fishing with these guys on 15th Dec 2025. We went fishing out of the city and were so impressed with the trip that we felt we had to write a review. Paul, the captain, was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure that my son and I caught a lot of largemouth bass fish. We ended up catching 7 in total (and lost more!!!). The trip was not at all overcrowded. It was very relaxing and great fun! We genuinely felt Paul really wanted everyone to catch fish, and they obviously loved what they were doing. I think the trip is great value for money and well worth a trip; we will definitely be back to do this again when we are next in the area. Lake Okeechobee - October 18 2025 Captain Dawson was prepared, professional, and knew Lake Okeechobee. He was great with my 6-year-old son who might have been an annoyance to other guides (my son likes to play with the shiners in the bait well). I would definitely recommend Captain Dawson.

Fishing with great captain After months of the kids talking about fishing, we decided to give this a go. Kayman was fantastic captain calm, clear, and great with children. He guided them step by step, from handling to catching their first Largemouth bass fish. They caught plenty and learned so much along the way.Highly recommend for anyone wanting to start their fishing journey.

Summer is supposed to be a tough time to fish Lake Okechobee. Captain Mark put us on 40* bass today. The largest was 6 and a half pounds. Captain Mark is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to spend time with. We will definitely be back.

Nature and fishing combined with my family. We loved how this trip blended fishing with exploring nature. The All Day Lake Okeechobee Fishing Trip near Fort Pierce and it was really we enjoyed. The fishing was just as exciting, with plenty of bass to keep us busy. Out kids started strong, landing two nice ones right away, and I eventually caught up. Four hours was the perfect amount of time, enough to fish, relax, and enjoy the views without feeling rushed.

Captain Mark was absolutely fantastic. He was very upfront about the current Fishing conditions, but was more than willing to try anything that we wanted, he knew the lake like the back of his hand and knew right where to go to get us on the fish. I ended up catching my largest bass to date. We already talked about coming back down in March when the fish is at its peak and will definitely book with Captain Mark again.

Captain Cody Captain Cody put us on the fish from the start. Caught a total of 19 large mouth bass in 3 hours. If you are in the west palm Florida area, you definitely need to book with Captain Cody.

Captain Mark took us out for a great trip on Lake Okeechobee. He was extremely knowledgeable and very sociable. It was a tough bite but we still managed to catch some quality fish. Definitely plan to book with him again!

Bass Fishing on Head Water with Dan Dan Hamilton was so informative, kind, and responsive. He kept me informed on lake conditions the best spots to fish and put us right on bass. We have several bass within the first 15 minutes and I couldn’t even be more impressed! I also loved that he communicated with our 2nd boat captain on what we were doing and what decisions we made. He was pretty cut and dry but if you know Florida people then you know that is standard lol. Don’t use it against him because I promise he will get you bass!

Great Fishing Experience Me and a high school buddy of mine booked a two-day 6 hours each day cruise with Captain Justin April 1 & 2. We were both very happy with his personal service and his modern and well-maintained fishing equipment. On the first day he took us to a place where the bass fishing was exceptional. I'm guessing we caught somewhere between 30-40 bass - the biggest being a 24-inch 7 1/2-pound lunker. On the second day the winds were blowing too hard to go out on the open lake, but he took us to a sheltered place where the fishing was almost as good as the previous day. I want to say that I am a handicapped person with serious sciolous in my lower back. Captain Justin went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and safe while travelling, boarding and exiting the boat. Captain Justin is personable and professional guide, and I would highly recommend you trust him to make your fishing date on Lake Okeechobee a memorable one.

February 5, 2025 - Family Fishing Our family joined Mark on Lake Okeechobee this February 2025. Mark was amazing! He kept in touch with my husband as our fishing date approached to determine the best fishing spot for our visit. He was very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly to us and our three boys. His boat was so clean, his passion for the sport, and respect for nature shined through with each minute we were on his boat. We latched on to our first bass within 30 seconds of the first line hitting the water. All 5 of us were able to catch bass on our trip. Mark took and shared pictures with us as well. Mark took me and my buddy Bobby out today on lake Okechobee. Unbelievable trip, he put us on fish immediately, kept us on them for 8 hours. I caught my pb 8.1 lbs then caught a 6.4 lber as well. Very knowledgeable and great captain. We will definitely be back again.

Mark was a terrific guide. He was very knowledgeable, patient & congenial. On a day where most boats were not catching much, Captain Mark kept us very busy. We caught lots of bass (largest was 4+ lbs.).

Thrill of the chase! Had two fish on the line with loose set. Captain pulled every trick, location, and bait out of the book to try and provide an experience with a premiere bounty. Even without an actual catch hitting the boat, he was very insightful and explained every aspect of the area, bait, and reasoning for lack of activity. Very rewarding trip with a knowledgeable and ambitious captain. Would recommend for any visitors to the area!

Nice day on the lake We went out for a 4 hour tour with DJ. DJ was a great captain and taught us some things about bass fishing we never knew. Fish weren’t biting too much for us but we all managed to catch a fish or two. Would definitely like to come back when the fish are biting a little more.

Nice Trip! Captain Mark Rose met right on time at the dock. Got everyone settled and we were off. Found our spot and he got us all set up. First bite was in the first 15 or 20 minutes! He was excellent with the grand children. 12 and 13, one with ADHD. Kept them engaged and reminding them to pay attention. As always would have liked to have caught more, but we reeled in about ten not including the snake, (none of us were a fan) and a gar. Already planning a trip for next year.

Great day out on the water! We went out with Capt Mark and it was an absolutely beautiful day on Lake Okeechobee. Capt Mark has a very impressive bass boat that is comfortable and well maintained. More importantly, he put us on fish and kept us busy reeling them up throughout the trip. We probably caught 15 largemouth including a beautiful 5 pounder. I would recommend Capt Mark.

We had a great time as my brothers and i treated our father for Veterans Day!! From the beginning Captain Brett was excellent with communication and even recommended we switch from a crappie outing to bass, due to warm weather and crappie not truly in season yet. His recommendation did not fail as we caught plenty of bass!! His vessel and equipment was top notch and he was extremely courteous and provided a great guided fishing experience.

Fishing on Lake Okeechobe We fished with Kayman Mills and he was Awesome! He was very patient with us and laughed at our jokes. He is very professional but likes to have a good time also. He worked his tail off to find us fish in the off-season. The lake is beautiful and worth going just to see the sights. We’ve been chartering fishing trips all over the world and fishing with Kayman is well worth it. Of you're expecting to catch a fish on every single cast then you’ve never fished before. AMAZING First time in the sunshine state of Forida.Caught a 5LBer along with 50+ other bass that were over a pound. Justin put us on the bass and many of them. If you are considering booking, do it!!! Super kind to lend us his own personal baits to catch bass. Got some variety with some catfish aswell. Captian Justin had a wide variety of spinning and bait casting poles to use. Great tour

Okeechobee bass fishing Had a great time on Lake Okeechobee today. Mark put us on the bass even under the hammer sh conditions. It was a great trip. I would definitely recommend you book a trip with Mark.

We went out with Captain Mark Shepard to Catch the Big One, and Cpt Mark did not disappoint! 7lb, 2oz for Dan, 7lb for Ken, and 6lb 10oz for Tom, and all 3 of us had our personal best largemouth bass! Even more memorable than these monsters was the time we got to spend with the captain. A man with a memory and story for every scenario, the time seemed to fly by as the conversation never lagged. Cpt Mark showed a veteran's patience with the varied skill level on the boat, and generally made the trip about more than just catching large fish after large fish.
