We had a great time as my brothers and i treated our father for Veterans Day!! From the beginning Captain Brett was excellent with communication and even recommended we switch from a crappie outing to bass, due to warm weather and crappie not truly in season yet. His recommendation did not fail as we caught plenty of bass!! His vessel and equipment was top notch and he was extremely courteous and provided a great guided fishing experience.

We had a great time as my brothers and i treated our father for Veterans Day!! From the beginning Captain Brett was excellent with communication and even recommended we switch from a crappie outing to bass, due to warm weather and crappie not truly in season yet. Torry island fishing Majority of the channel are packed full of Lilly pads and weeds. No one takes it serious, to clean them out. It’s very upsetting and ridiculous. Thank you for immediate action, as we trust that you will.

Fantastic Capt. Mark is awesome! We killed it on day one. Caught 22 total! Day 2 was straight FIRE in the morning on top water. I tied my PB. My Dad snagged his new PB 7lb Bucket Mouth! Capt. Mark is a blast to fish with. He will get in the mix with you too. We joked and laughed and picked on each other. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely do it again. And y’all his boat is freaking awesome! TOP OF THE LINE! Check him out. You won’t regret it!

Double the Experience Awesome time with Captain Mark and Brett Took a short trip from Fort Lauderdale to do some bass fishing on Okeechobee. Spent a great day on the water with Captain Mark Shepard. Double the Experience Awesome time with Captain Mark and Brett Took a short trip from Fort Lauderdale to do some bass fishing on Okeechobee. Spent a great day on the water with Captain Mark Shepard. Not only did I catch my personal best but between me my wife and Captain Mark we solved all world problems lol. Then Kim the next day with Captain Brett Isackson. Same guide year 2 We specifically requested Brett I. because we enjoyed him last year. We were staying in W. Palm Beach and hoped to fish Okeecobee Lake but evidently fish were not cooperating so we drove down to fish in the Glades. It was a pretty long drive but Brett sure put us on the fish! Bass Fishing with Dave Lauer 3 of us fished with Dave Lauer at Lake Okeechobee, met at Slimâs Marina for bait and launched at the boat ramp nearby. We were in the boat leaving the boat ramp at the crack of dawn and we fished all morning and caught a lot of fish. So many, we lost track of the count. Each of us caught at least one bass over 4 lbs, one of us caught one about 5 lbs and all of us caught at least 6-8 bass and several channel catfish. We caught fish nearly non-stop and really didnât have time to eat lunch. Fishing with Dave was like fishing with a family friend, he was comfortable to fish with, funny and he really put us on the fish. Any time Iâm bass fishing near Okeechobee Dave Lauer is the only guy Iâll go with. Heâs a confident pro and knows bass. All of us said his was our best day of fishing- ever. Hereâs one the the biggest bass my son caught. What a day!! read moreread less

Walt Allison and walter Allison jr. Let me first start off by saying are guide Capt. Dave Lauer was top notch. We booked 3 trips had Dave for all 3 trips. 2 On okeechobee n 1 On lake Osborn. We learned which in hind sight I already knew I should of book the trip in Jan or Feb. but on are first day in the first hr my son caught an 8.2 pound large mouth n I caught an 8 pound even. Plus plenty of 3,4, n 5 pounders. The trip on lake Osborn was slow. Something going on in the lake. Lots of dead fish but we were still able to catch are first peacock bass n first clown knife and a needle fish. Peacock bass fight tremendously. Biggest weighing 5 or 6 pounds. What a great trip. Will definitely use this service again. I personally recommend this out fit. Top notch service. All about our fishing experience n satisfaction. Dave went way above and beyond to make are trip a success. Which I might add it was. If u want to know if Iâm experienced enough as a bass fisherman to make these bold statements about this trip just visit my fb page n look at my pictures of my New Jersey catches. Fishing is one of my passions. I wanted a 10 + pounder but didnât get it but I did get an 8 pounder and I donât know how many people can make that statement. I was told are pics were up on this website but I havenât located them yet. Again I personally recommend this outfit and my experience with Capt. Dave Lauer was to say the least was top notch. Lake okeechobee Went out for 2 half day trips with captain mike groshon out of belle glade. He was an outstanding guide who went above and beyond to help my 7 year old with a broken arm catch fish. We had a great time and caught some nice bass. I would definitely recommended. Captain mike.

This is why you need a good guide Captain Dave found out very quickly with the cooler weather that day that areas that worked great in prior days were very slow ... so he went to at least 10 different areas before we started to consistently hit good fish. Captain Dave Lauer Captain Dave was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable, and funny. He not only was prompt and considerate of our time, but he put us on the fish. We took the trip for the birthday present for a 14-year old that loves bass fishing. We probably caught 50-60 bass without largest around 5.5 lbs. It was a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Capt. Dave Lauer. If we get to come back he is the one I will book with again. Captain Dave thank you for making this a memorable experience.

Half day with Dave Lauer What a great day on the lake. Dave put us on the fish from the time we left the dock to the time we returned. I didn't expect a lot in August, but it was an overcast, breezy day and my son and I caught the heck out of the fish. If we were in a tournament, we would have been in the money..no problem. Dave is a really great guy and his knowledge of the lake and bass habitat are awesome. His personal experience as a pro is a real plus and got us to the best baits quickly... We caught and released a great many 3-4# and larger bass caught on wild shiners. Any day fishing is better than a day in the office. But beware of getting sunburned in January if you are out for a day of fishing. Guided Fishing trip on Lake Okeechobee Fishing in mid-January was a great experience. Guide Dave Lauer put us on fish at numerous locations. But beware of getting sunburned in January if you are out for a day of fishing.
