Bass Fishing On The South End of Lake Okeechobee With Capt Brian
Hey everybody this is Capt Brian Brown with your lake Okeechobee fishing report.
We started the day off with a bang. I had good friends Richard and David with me, and we went out of the south end with 4 dozen shiners for a 6-hour trip.
Really had to check out three spots and they were really close to each other. Then we had some really good numbers and good quality fish.
Ended up catching a bunch of 3 to 3 and a half-pound fish. As the day went on the sun got higher in the sky and the bite started to get a little slow but we still caught them pretty decent.
David caught 2 beautiful fish back to back, one almost 6 pounds and another in the 7 and a half range. Richard while he was waiting for David catching those fish used a shiner. Ended up catching 5 fish on that one shiner so he got his money worth out of that one.
The weather was a great light wind, the sun moved up but we had some cloud cover that kept it cool but warm enough to wear shorts, it was just an awesome day.
Christmas is coming up if you thinking about going fishing or getting someone a fishing trip as a gift give us a call and we will make it happen.
That’s it for now for all your Florida freshwater fishing adventures go to BassOnline thank you.
