Multi Lake Bass Fishing Report 3Captain Steve Niemoeller had the pleasure of fishing with Brad and his buddy Steve. Brad was traveling from New York and Steve was an FL native. They wanted to spend some time on the water while visiting Central Florida. The best location for them was the Butler Chain of Lakes.

Brad and Steve started the day throwing artificial baits. After several quality catches, they switched to wild-caught live shiners. Most of the bigger fish came on live bait. Brad and Steve put over 20 bass in the boat weighing up to 3 pounds.

They had a great time fishing with Captain Steve. They will be back for more action in the near future!

The trip still continues

Just shortly after that fishing trip, Captain Steve was back on the water. He had the pleasure of fishing with Johnnie and his buddies. They fished a 2 boat fishing trip with Captain Mark Gay. Johnnie and his buddies wanted to fish the Butler Chain of Lakes in Orlando, FL.

Yet again, Captain Steve got these gentlemen on some quality bass using both live and artificial baits. It is always fun to have groups of friends come down and experience all that Florida has to offer. They caught over 15 bass on this quick 4-hour fishing adventure. Most of the bass were in the weight range of 2-4 pounds.

Johnnie and his buddies had a fantastic time on the water. Captain Steve is looking forward to seeing them back on the water in the near future!

It was not long after this fishing adventure that Captain Steve explored what Lake Toho Bass Fishing had to offer. He had the pleasure of fishing with Chris traveling from Texas on a family vacation. While the kids were at the theme parks, Chris got away and went bass fishing on Lake Toho in Kissimmee, FL.

The fishing conditions were windy but that did not stop the bass from biting on this 8-hour fishing charter. Wild-caught live shiners were the most effective method. Steve caught a beautiful largemouth bass weighing close to 6 pounds. You can’t beat a day like that on the water. He also caught several other quality bass with over 15 fish in the boat.

Steve will be back for more great action on Lake Toho and Captain Steve is looking forward to it!

The final fishing charter that Captain Steve adventured on was on the St. Johns River in North Florida. He had the pleasure of fishing with Gene and Donna. They are renting a house from a past customer in Astor and wanted to experience some river fishing. The most successful method to catch bass on this fishing trip was wild caught live shiners.

Changing it up

The St Johns River is known for its great bass fishing. When you run the shiners underneath a mat, it is incredibly exciting to see what bites the other end of the line. Big bass can be caught all year long on the St Johns River.
