Great morning fishing Had a great morning fishing with my sons. Captain Steve knew exactly where to go to put us on the fish. Within 10-15 minutes we were catching bass. Twice both boys had fish on their lines at the same time! The three of us caught over 20 largemouth bass and 1 gar. Captain Steve also kept on eye on the weather and knew when to move to avoid the rain, although we didn’t mind getting wet. Would definitely recommend and book again when I’m in the area.

Great Trip Went out with Capt Steve on friday 2/28/25. Took my 86 year old father and brother. What a great time. 15 minutes in and my dad hooked into a 7lb large mouth. Steve was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and we had the best 4 hours. Caught plenty of fish and had some laughs along the way. I will definitely be back for another trip.

Half Day with Capt Steve Niemoeller Just the best host. We laughed so much my sides hurt for a day after. We caught bass, plenty of them too. 10lb Bass I literally can't find words for how great of an experience This was fishing with captain STEVE.... hes real life pro and just a good dude that knew exactly where the bass were... I had me and my family and he made sure that everybody caught fish.. We landed 8 all over 3 lbs, then we had a 6 and a 10 pounder, These things were all straight up hogs... Fishing with Steve Captain Steve was a great guy to go fishing with. His instructions on finding him were spot on. His pontoon boat was very comfortable for fishing. He was able to put us on the fish and gave great instructions on what to do. He took care of all the baiting needs and unhooking of the fish. We had great weather which certainly helped too. At them end, he cleaned and filleted our fish for us and sent us in our way with photos of our first catch each and a bay of fish that should feed us for three meals. Thanks Steve

Gear was a little wonky but Steve’s knowledge and stories plus the regular bites made the day enjoyable. Awesome sunrise and the diverse bird life was an added treat!

Fishing with Steve Captain Steve had us on Fish within 15 minutes of leaving the dock. My wife had the first bite on and landed within a few minutes. The first fish of the day was 6.8 lbs. and set the tone for the rest of the day. Our first hour was nonstop action. My wife caught two to my one and most were in the 4-to-6-pound size. I did finally get one bigger than hers, 7.7 lbs. However, she did catch more and missed/lost fewer than I did!

Wheelchair Accessible Fishing! Excellent charter who was able to accommodate a disabled person in our party. Our captain met us with a pontoon boat which allowed a wheelchair to roll right on/off without needing to transfer to another seat. Highly recommend if anyone in your party has mobility issues and cannot board a typical bass boat.

6hr fishing charter My 2 sons and my nephew went out with captain Steve on a bass charter out of Lake Toho. I cannot say enough about captain Steve, one heck of a guy. He couldn’t do enough for us whether it was putting bait on our lines or netting the fish he was always there to help. He had top of the line rods and reels and coached my son’s through the whole trip which was fantastic. I can’t wait to book another trip. Oh and by the way I caught the biggest bass in my life 6lbs 7ounces

We happened let the wind push us to the shore line where we encountered cpt Steve he had just finished up a day on tbe water. November fishing trip great experience, will do it again

November Fishing Trip Captain Steve's knowledge of the lake and where the fishing holes were around area was outstanding. I have fished all over the US and he is one of the better guides I have hired. He knows what bait to use, where to cast it and techniques to employ, boat positioning and what to expect when the fish hits. Very good action and a few big ones got away but landed four really nice size fish: a 7 lb largemouth and one just smaller. Unfortunately, we didn't land everything but not disappointed. I gave 5 stars for equipment, all top end rods and reels. But the overall trip was more of 9 stars! We will be repeat customers. Best part about Captain Steve is that he will always be truthful about fishing in and around the area. Highly recommend this fishing charter.

He made sure safety was first and foremost and made sure we had fun, educated us, and put us on so many fish that day. The conversations were very genuine and he is such a cool guy. Anyone that wants to have a good time and a good person to talk to, thats him. He had so much knowledge to share with us and once we gotten the fishing, nothing but success all day. He didn’t cut our day short even though we were late and that shows that he wanted to make sure we got the full experience of fishing Lake Toho. My main thing was that he was very accommodating with my son. He helped him every step of the way, had great patience, and also kept him engaged. Much appreciation for this guy. Great Day on the Lake Went fishing with Capt. Steve Niemoeller this A.M. and caught 15 to 20 nice Bass. Although we didn't get the "Hog" we were hoping for, the quality of fish was excellent with the largest being in the 5lb. class. Capt Steve is an excellent guide, he put us on the fish right away and provided great customer service throughout the morning. If you want a good Captain on a Pontoon boat fishing with Shiners, Capt Steve is one of the best there is.

Awesome as Always!! I’ve gone with Captain Steve Niemoeller at least 10 times now and recently brought my wife and daughter. 80% of my family has fished with Steve. He’s more than a guide at this point, he is our friend and we look forward to seeing him a few times a year out on Lake Butler. It’s always so much fun to catch a lot of big bass with Steve. Cant recommend it enough. It is always the highlight of our trips to Florida!

A Great Wheelchair Fishing Experience Appreciated the fact that Captain Steve is a long time bass fisherman who has participated in the sport's many levels throughout his years o the water. Captain Steve put us on "good" fish and showed a great deal of respect for our bass fishing skills and knowledge. As disabled person who fishes from a wheelchair, the fact that Captain Steve can accommodate wheelchair bound clients with a pontoon boat was extremely important to me. A first class experience from start to finish!

If he had better anglers we probably would have caught 50 plus fish. As it was we all had bites and caught. Capt Steve was very friendly and informative - he had some great local knowledge. I would recommend Captain Steve highly.

Steve put us on fish all day, including a beautiful 8.5 pound largemouth on Cypress. Even though it is usually hard to believe a fisherman, we caught approximately 30-40 bass, and we have the pictures to prove it. Fishing Lake Toho with Capt. Steve We had a great time Bass fishing in Orlando (Kissimmee) on Lake Toho. My 14 year old son and I enjoyed a break from the theme parks with some fishing and good local company.

Steve is the one you want!! My husband and son took a private boat with Capt Steve! He was amazing! He took pics of them with every fish they caught! He went to a couple different lakes near the Orlando area where they caught bass and a catfish! It was a wonderful 3 hour experience and well worth $300. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great trip great company Steve was polite and great company overall, put us on the fish early on and I think by the end of the trip we had caught around 16 bass the largest being 7lb 1oz Just before we quit! Thanks again for the great experience

Family Fishing on Lake Toho We booked with Bass Online last week and sure are glad we did. The phone reservation people and process is ok, it helps if you have done some research on the area and really read the website for details and specifics. We had a group of 6 with two teenage boys looking to get on the water, catch fish see alligators and have a great experience. We were set up for a pontoon boat with Captain Steve Niemoeoller who is great. Very professional and organized for setting up the day and covering details. He has a very laid back and comfortable style and personality to keep it low key. We caught a 12+ fish on a short 3-4 hour trip, would have caught a lot more as they were biting and on we were just not great at setting hooks and bringing them in. The wind was really blowing and Captain Steve moved us around to quite spots and kept us catching fish and comfortable. All in all it was a great day and I strongly recommend for family, kids and anyone who is looking for a good day of fishing with a very experienced Captain.

Excellent day Captain Steve was excellent. He spent the time to reach my 11 year old son how to properly fish live bait. We caught several fish and on the last fish of the day I lost the 8 lb + bass that we were looking for right at the boat. Over all definitely would do again

February trip with Cpt Steve Had a great trip with Cpt Steve Niemoeller on Butler Chain of Lakes.. Changed location the day before, since I wanted to fish with artificial baits. This was a good move, and Cpt Steve put me on over a dozen of fish. This was my first Largemouths ever caught, and a dream come true. Will come back to Florida!
