Winter Haven Bass Great Capt he knew the secret spots definitely put us on the fish. In all honesty it was a great trip, the only thing I can say that that threw me off was having to pay for the bait we used at the end of the trip. I guess I should’ve read the fine print. I have used fishing booker about 10 other times and never had to pay for the bait.

Helped me find the perfect charter I found this website via Google, and it provided me with a great deal of information and allowed me to book a charter that suited my needs with Captain Bill Goudy Jr. who provided me with a fantastic 3 hour fishing experience, which included me catching a Trophy Bass weighing 8 pound 5 3/8 ounces that totally made my day. I definitely recommend both Bassonline and Captain Bill.

fishing It was a great opportunity to go fishing somewhere new! Captain Bill Goudy Jr., our guide, took us to some great spots in a fast boat, where we managed to catch some amazing fish – 7 bass, 4 kg catfish, and over 1 m of gar! We had fun with 14 other guys and made some great memories.

Ready For Take Off We had an absolute blast out with Captain Bill!! We got out on the water in the early a.m and the water was like glass on the ride out to the first stop. We fished top-water to start and it wasnt long before a hook up and catch! We fished live bait as well and the action was impeccable. The action was on all day. We caught well over 30 fun fighting fish throughout the day and couldn’t have asked for a better captain for the day. Thank you, Captain Bill.
And as a bonus on the day, among others, after the boat was launched we got to see a rocket launch. That was pretty cool.

2nd time same results! We went fishing here with captain bill last year and had a great time so we decided to book another and it didn’t disappoint. Captain Bill was very helpful and patient with us getting us into over 30 huge bass. We will be back back once again!

July sucks for bass fishing but... Not with Captain Bill. Caught tons of fish on many different techniques. Almost was tired of setting the hook. Highly recommend and I will be booking a trip with him every time I’m in town.

Perfect day on the water. What an amazing day on the water with Captain Bill. He was amazing with our group of 4 including my father. We caught 78 fish in 6 hrs with quite a few over 5 lbs! We were on fish from the first cast until the last including 1 4x hook up. Thanks again for an amazing day.

Headwaters My son and I have attempted to fish Headwaters about 4 times while visiting family in the area. While the lake is beautiful we leave frustrated not catching much of anything. This time we decided to book and guide to see what we were missing. Captain Bill Goudy did a great job showing us around and putting us on the fish. We caught a ton of good fish in shiners and spent the rest of the day in artificial. We found that we didn’t see 3/4 of the lake when we came before. Overall great experience!!

Dream come true! I’ve always dreamt of fishing the world renowned lakes of florida and captain bill turned dreams into reality. Great morning fishing An early start with Captain Bill, as it was close to us heading home we only had 4 hour session, this was packed with first catch a catfish then followed by around 30 bass netted, fishing on bottom and on top. Highly recommended.

What a day. First I was fishing with my baby sister who I had not seem since moving to FL 2 years ago. Second, we had Cap’n Bill who is a star…great guy, personable, knowledgable and fun to fish with. Boat and gear all food stuff. Lastly, our last casts resulted in us both hooking the same fish!!! Yep, the fish ate both our shiners some 8-10 feet apart. We both reeled the fish to the boat and what a beauty…estimate to be 6 lbs! Monster for the canals!!! Check out the comparison below. Big Bass all day long! Captain Bill was very knowledgeable getting us into bigger bass than we have ever caught before just 15 minutes into our trip. He was very nice to my 2 sons and I telling us stories and helping us to have tight lines all day. We ended the day with 30 bass and multiple of which were 4 pounders! Fish, Fish, Fish Between three of us, we caught over 20 fish in about 3 hours, lots of fun. Bill knew exactly where to go and what bait to use. We caught 3 different species of fish, mostly large mouth bass. I highly recommend him. We’ll definitely use him next time we come down here on vacation.

Absolutely Excellent Bass Fishing Day with Captain Bill Goudy Jr. Wanted a father and son bass fishing experience at Headwaters Lake & Fellsmere Reservoir which we both could remember. I asked several bait shops and locals who they would recommend and Captain Bill Goudy Jr’s name kept coming up so I booked a 6 hour trip with Captain Bill.

All I can say is Captain Bill is an experienced fisherman as well as a true professional! He brought us to the best places and we kept catching bass after bass! It was an experience that both my son and I will remember for a lifetime!

Captain Bill provided excellent instruction, service and support throughout the trip ensuring that the bait was fresh and that we were casting in the right places.

Went out with Captain Bill Goudy Jr Feb 2023. I’ve been out with Capt. Bill about a half dozen times since October 2020, and he never disappoints. If its not a 50-80+ fish day, its a 30+ day with a PB or Trophy catch thrown in. My average bass with him is 3.5-6#, with my PB being 9.7#. His techniques, patience, and knowledge of bass is above outstanding. I recommend Capt. Bill 200%!!!

Great day of Bass Fishing w/ Capt. BILL Goudy on Lake Toho Today, was the second time fishing with Capn. Bill Goudy, both times Bill put me on fish immediately and for the most part the bass continued to bite for us all day. Today we fished Lake Toho near Kissemme FL, and we caught approximately 20-25 fish on my 6 hour trip. My biggest fish of the day was just shy of 6 lbs. If you want a great day of bass fishing, I would heartily recommend Bill Goudy. I know I will be using his services again.

Caught Bass in a Cold Front Capt. Bill knows his stuff. I was in Florida in Dec ‘22 and booked a trip with him. The entire souther US was blanketed by an extreme cold snap and it was in low 30’s the day of the trip. Capt Bill took me to Headwater’s Lake and we still caught them. Had 40 fish that morning with two over 5lbs and 2 over 4lbs. You definitely need to book a trip with Capt Bill because you can catch nice bass in any conditions.

Capt bill awesome Captain Bill was awesome. We caught some good fish and my wife caught her a 5.2lb bass. He knew where to take us and was spot on. This was our second trip with him and we will be back to see him again next year.

Half day Trip Skipped the morning fish to take my wife along with Captain Bill. It was clear skies, warm and windy. Despite what I don’t consider to be ideal conditions, Capt. Bill put us on the fish. My wife crushed them on shiners while I, being more traditional, nailed a nice 4 1/2 pounder on a swim fish crank bait. I’d definitely go with Bill again unless I bring my own bass boat and move here.

4 hour trip Cold front had come in day before. Shiner fishing is what we chose for morning. Caught some great large mouth bass. Fish were active all morning even with cooler temps. Captain was very knowledgeable and would recommend. Great experience

My dad and brother in law went on the boat with Captain Bill for a sunrise fishing trip. Bill was great and very personable. They caught way more fish than they expected, which was about 12-13 bass including a beautiful 6 pounder, 2 Gar, and a turtle! It was incredible and they highly recommend Captain Bill. Fishing trip of a lifetime. They’ll be back next year!

Best fishing trip Words can not describe our feelings. We had so much fun with Bill. He is so funny and helpful. He guided us to catch all the fish that we caught. We got around 20 fish in just 2 hours and a half. From small to big fish.

Miracles do happen Bill took us out fishing & my 18 year old has some special needs…I have been working with him on over coming fears that sometimes holds him back…. Captain Bill was kind enough & a wonderful enough teacher that he installed confidence in holding a fish … & over coming fears… miracles do happen!

We met Capt Bill last year and booking with him again was an easy decision as my son missed out last year with him. Today was the best trip yet! We caught over 30 bass from 2 to 6 lbs. Fathers Day My husband had such a great day, he loved his experience with Captain Bill and definitely recommends him. He says Captain Bill is very knowledgeable about the area and the best spots to fish, over all they caught like 35 fish and had an amazing amazing day. Morning with Bill Let’s start with Captain Bill. Friendly, easy going style that you don’t mind spending time with. Made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable. Really took the time to make sure we were fishing correctly. Very knowledgeable about the lake and fish we were after. Now, as far as the fishing, it was awesome. Caught over 20 bass in 4 hours ( we missed at least 10 - our fault!). My daughter caught at least 4-5 4-5#ers (I think he positioned the boat so she had a better spot!

Terrific 6 hr Captain Bill was prompt, courteous and patient! We were lucky with the weather - warm but enough cloud cover and a cool breeze. Bill answered my questions and we discussed a number of topics during this excellent trip. He said the lake is going to become catch-and-release. I wonder how that will work, long term. There are so many bass now, it seems to me there will later not be enough forage fish. Hope to fish with Captain Bill again, sometime.
