Two Big Lake Ida Bass

Two Big Lake Ida Bass

Hurricanes and storms this time of year can be very scary to any location in Florida. Florida Fishing has been really strong after this Hurricane season. You would never expect Two Big Lake Ida Bass to be caught but it happened.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Tom, Tommy, and Brooks traveling from Kentucky. They wanted to explore Palm Beach County for some of the best peacock and largemouth bass fishing in the state.

The Lake Ida Chain of Lakes has been on fire. A steady bite was present the whole trip and they caught some quality bass.

Tom, Tommy, and Brooks caught over 50 bass with the majority of them being peacock bass. The biggest peacock weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces. They also caught a 5 pound 14-ounce largemouth bass.

It was a great trip for these gentlemen catching multiple 4-pound fish as well. What an awesome day for a father and his sons to catch excellent fish all trip long.

We are looking forward to fishing with them again in the future to create more memories one fish at a time.
