Largemouth bass fishing in the Rodman Reservoir is an exciting experience for all anglers. Trick Worm Fishing Charter can put a number of bass in the boat.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Oscar and German traveling from Houston, Texas. They were visiting Florida to watch a golf tournament and had to catch Rodman Reservoir Largemouth Bass.
The Reservoir is known year-round for its productive fishery. It has gin clear water that can help you spot your target largemouth. The water levels were higher than normal with the rain we have had here in Florida.
When conditions get like this, trick worms can be an effective approach to catching the numbers you are looking for. Throwing trick worms weightless and watching the fish run off with them was an exciting experience for Oscar and German.
Oscar and German caught 30 largemouth bass weighing up to 3 pounds. We could not find a giant but the next trip can always provide that.
We had a great day out on the water and I can’t wait to fish with these gentlemen again.
