North Carolina Native Florida Fishing

This is Capt Mike Groshon with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Today I had the pleasure to take out some North Carolina Native Florida Fishing. David is traveling to Lake Okeechobee for the first time in 20 years.

Facing windy conditions, we were able to land several quality largemouth bass. The key is that when it is windy you must have multiple locations that hold fish that is protected from the wind. The bait pushes and schools the bass to key structures on the lake.

The fishing is only going to get better as the season roars on. Lake Okeechobee is looking good right now as it begins to warm.
I am looking to David returning soon as he is a retired man now.
