This is Captain Mark Shepard with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report for folks out on the water. Today I fished with Chad and Steve, who came down here from Michigan, 2 great guys. The Lake is still in summer mode in September, but what a phenomenal day. We caught some really big Fish, all great numbers, and if this is the sign of what’s to come. Okeechobee is just on fire right now. This coming season is going to be phenomenal, so if you’re coming down here to South Florida, it’s a must-see. You need to come over and review this Lake. Fishing has been getting better and better every year, and when you’re still catching like this, this time of the year, it’s phenomenal. Just an all-out blast!
