Peacocks! Captain Jose is the best! Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Peacock bass was out target species. He put us on them, and kept us on them. As well, his boat equipment put us right on the fish. With his help we were able to catch plenty of decently sized fish all morning. As we caught five separate species, we also made plenty of unforgettable memories. I cannot recommend this service enough.

Amazing fishing!!! We has an amazing time. Our guide was Capt Jose Carbonell, he was friendly, knowledgeable and put us on the fish we wanted to catch immediately. We had an amazing time catching a fish basically every couple minutes. Everything was taken care of by Jose and he help make the fishing easy. We were there for peacock bass and caught a bunch. Many were above the 4lb mark providing long, reel screaming fights. Other highlights were the cichlids and clown knife fish which provided tough fights when they rocket out of the water after being hooked. I would definitely go out with Jose again and would recommend his services to everyone.
