Good afternoon this is Capt Wayne with your South Florida fishing report.
I’m just getting off the water at Lake Ida.
I fished with a great bunch of guys Chris, Robert, and Dave they were really fun to hang out with and great fishermen.
Today in the morning we had cool and cloudy conditions, turning into warm and sunny conditions in the afternoon.
We were able to get quite a few fish, it started off kind of slow, but we were able to get a good bite as the day progressed.
the peacock bite was really good, everyone was able to catch a couple of decent fish, the peacocks were well over 3 pounds and we had a couple of 5-pound largemouth bass.
