5 Pounder Caught While Flipping Tapout’s

This is Capt Steve with the Harris Chain fishing report.

I fished with Bill a repeat of mine we always do artificial and we normally go out and do a lot of flipping.

We threw a steelshad a few times at the mouth of one of the creeks and caught one on it and we saw a few that weren’t that big chasing the baits.

We then went flipping with a 6-inch tapout we were using the Junebug color with 3/8 weight and we had one up to 5 pounds.

It was nice and cool in the morning it slowly got warmer and the fish started to move around and chase bait more.

The big fish came back about 10 feet deep it worked out pretty good we caught some fish and had a great time.

That’s it for now for all your freshwater fishing adventures go to BassOnline thank you.
