North Florida Vacation Fishing Trip

North Florida Vacation Fishing Trip

Florida Fishing is a great outdoor activity to experience when traveling to the state of Florida. You never know what you will catch on the end of the line on your North Florida vacation fishing trip.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Randy, his wife Alexa, their daughter Megan and their son Brady. While visiting from Tennessee, they wanted to experience what Florida Fishing had to offer. Crescent City is a beautiful place to enjoy a vacation with the family and also is conveniently located to one of the best fisheries in North Florida, the St. Johns River.

Randy and his family wanted to catch largemouth bass on the river. They caught numerous fish with nothing of monstrous proportions. It was still a fun and exciting trip. Brady managed to land a nice-sized catfish weighing 11 pounds. He was excited to take some pictures to show his friends that are professional noodlers back home.

The waters were dirtier than normal due to the consistent change of weather that has been occurring but it did not slow the bite down considerably. I am looking forward to fishing with this amazing family again in the future. They will be visiting again in the spring when the big girls are on beds.
