Lake Okeechobee just getting fired up!

Well, folks, out on the water with two of my favorite clients that I haven’t seen in over a year, but they’ve fished with me quite a bit over the years. We’ve had a lot of great adventures, and today we really had a great time. Lee and Sharon Frazier are from Georgia, and they always bring me some good treats down. We had a wonderful day catching some super nice fish with some really good numbers. The weather’s perfect with Lake Okeechobee just getting fired up! The Lake is starting to move away from that summer pattern, migrations are beginning to shift a little, and the fun is starting. It’s going to be a wonderful season. The water is beautiful, and we’re able to get around really easily if the water is up. I’m looking for a great season. This is Captain Mark Shepard, wishing you tight lines.

Mark, originally from Florida, moved to Ohio to sharpen his northern skills and returned years ago to master guiding on world-famous Lake Okeechobee, where he has been guiding for over 10 years.
