Jersey Natives Fish Lake Okeechobee

This is Capt Mike Groshon with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Today, I had the pleasure to fishing with Rob and Vicky, Jersey natives, who fish Lake Okeechobee these beautiful winter months. We are fishing the north end of the lake, which was a little windy with Bluebird skies. The bite was a little tricky, but we still found some fish.

It was a fantastic first time fishing Lake Okeechobee, and they were absolutely amazed by the quality of the fish. They’re looking forward to coming down again for an even more extended trip next time.
