Boss Shiner Bass Fishing Trip

I had the pleasure of fishing with Evan and his son Nick. They are traveling from North Carolina and wanted to experience Lake Okeechobee for the first time.
Lake Okeechobee did not disappoint them. They caught largemouth bass all trip long on both live shiners and artificial baits. The Bass Assassin Boss Shiner was the most effective bait and they caught them up.
We focused in on the early morning bite because that is when they seem to love to eat in these warmer months. We caught over 15 bass with the biggest in the 3 to 4 pound range.
Evan and Nick had a fantastic time and are looking forward to their return to this great lake to create memories, one fish at a time!
