Battle Bass Fishing Trip
One of the most common acknowledgments that clients make about Florida Fishing Peacock Bass is that they deliver a Battle Bass Fishing Trip. When traveling to the state, you must experience what South Florida has to offer.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Josh and his Uncle John who were traveling to Lake Ida to catch their very first peacock bass. They wanted to catch one of Florida’s many exotic species that thrive here in South Florida.
Lake Ida did not disappoint and delivered an excellent fishing trip. Josh and John caught over 40 peacock bass in the weight range of 2 to 3 pounds. They were certainly surprised at the fight the bass put up while they were battling them to the boat.
Overall we had a fantastic time out on the water. They are coming back soon for more of this incredible action and possibly going to travel further South for some bigger peacock bass.
We are looking forward to fishing with Josh and Uncle John again creating more memories, one fish at a time.
