Artificial Monster Largemouth Bass

Hello this is Capt Mark Rose with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report.

Today I had the pleasure to fish with Jody and George. Traveling from Virginia, they were excited to get out on Lake Okeechobee for a Two Day Fishing Charter.

Artificial bass fishing has been hot this time of year. Throwing a Bass Assassin 4” Forked Tail Shad in Watermelon Candy landed over 50 fish for us. Also, an Artificial Monster Largemouth Bass was caught weighing 8 pounds 14 ounces.

Belle Glade Florida is home to some of the best Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing. The spawn is still in action and the fishing has been amazing.

The bite stayed consistent throughout both days, catching around 60 on the first day and 50 the next. It was an amazing two day outdoor fishing charter.
